What are the shipping charges for orders within Pakistan?
We offer a flat shipping rate of PKR 200 for all orders nationwide. However, we provide free delivery on all orders exceeding PKR 3,000.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days for major cities like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad, and up to 7 business days for other regions.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently support Cash on Delivery (COD), as well as secure online payments via Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards.
What is your return and exchange policy?
You can return or exchange any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Please note that certain hygiene-related items are non-returnable.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email which you can use on our courier partner's website to monitor your shipment.
